Maloriak

Okay, so... this is some World of Warcraft fan art. Maloriak from Blackwing Descent, and one of my favorite bosses in the game. He's got one of the coolest voices in the game, and I recently rediscovered this because I was digging through WoW's game files looking for Shade of Aran voice clips (don't ask).

His death audio has him say "There will never be another like me." And back in Cataclysm when we did this raid, everytime I heard him say that, I always thought That sounds really familiar. It took me a while, but I realized it's very similar to a line from the song God of the Mind, which is what I put in the picture.

So Maloriak gets bonus points with me because of this similarity, but I also like him for a lot of other reasons. His model is based off the Worgen  model (I really like worgen), he's a Draconoid, he's a mad scientist (alchemist specifically), and according to the dungeon journal, he has a bit of a tragic backstory:

_{"The human Malory was a bright young alchemist until he was kidnapped by Nefarian and fused with the corpse of a dragonspawn. The result - Maloriak - is a bumbling minion who possesses only a dull of his former intelligence."}

It's also the type of boss fight with a lot of chaos going on, since he's chugging potions that give him different powers and sending his failed experiments to attack you.
